All landscape & garden designs are different so we start the process off with an initial consultation at your home to understand your requirements for your new garden.

The initial garden design consultation is charged at £80. This will be offset against further design work should you decide to proceed. 

It involves a site visit in order that a quotation for design work can be drawn up and also gives us the opportunity to view the site and discuss your requirements.

If the site is relatively flat, we can carry out a site survey. For more complex sites a professional site survey may be required. 

After the initial consultation, I will be able to provide you with costs for the following stages.
 

This stage provides you with a proposed plan for the new garden as well as CGI perspective sketches to help you visualise the site.

Once the final design is agreed some customers choose to work with their own contractors or we can deliver the following stages for you. 

These drawings, where applicable (Setting out/Access, Contours/Regrading, Drainage, Irrigation, Lighting and Construction Drawings) are required by the contractors to prepare competitive tenders and to provide detailed information on materials and construction methods. 

Should you wish to go too tender for the work, we would develop a detailed specification document, and invite builders to tender and conclude with a tender report once they have been returned.

A 2D plan showing plant varieties, numbers, sizes, spacing and location. We have a number of wholesale suppliers to provide competitive quotes. We also offer a planting service. If you would like us to help you with this, please let us know.
